Thank you so much for signing your student up to participate in the Annual GHR Fun Run/ 5K scheduled for tomorrow, Thursday, October 22nd! It’s going to be a beautiful day! Your support means so much.

You have registered your student to stay at GHR with staff until race time. This has been indicated in PickUp Patrol- no action is required on your part unless you need to change your student’s transportation.

All accompanying adults should be on the recess field by 3:50 p.m. Students will be dismissed to the field in grade level waves, starting with grade 3 students, at 3:50 p.m. Please be sure to locate your student before the races begin or find a staff member to assist. Please recognize that the pick-up line will be operating until 3:30 p.m. We strongly encourage participants to arrive after 3:30 p.m. to park in the upper parking lot.

Please read the Fun Run Participant Waiver.pdf carefully. When you arrive at the recess field, a staff member will ask you to sign the waiver. All accompanying adults are required to sign the waiver for students to participate.
