Updates
GHR Food Drive
From October 26-November 13th, please consider donating to our GHR Food Drive! The Student Council will be visiting classrooms to share information about collecting items to support Coventry Human Services. Additionally, we will be having a friendly competition among the grades. Items can be dropped off in the 4th Grade hallway, in boxes by grade. Items for donation include things like: Canned fruit vegetables, potatoes, stuffing, gravy, coffee/tea, juice, hot cocoa, dessert mixes, etc. Thank you in advance for your consideration!
From Last Week
Veterans Day
Do you have a family member in the military? November 11th is Veterans Day and we are looking for family members that have served, or are currently serving, in the military. In addition to a paper copy being sent home, attached you will find two (2) forms, one for a veteran and the other is for a current soldier. Please fill it out and return to school by November 3rd. We will be displaying all of these on our Wall of Honor in the gym lobby. Thank you for being a part of this school-wide activity to honor our veterans and current active military members!
Parent-Teacher Fall Conferences
Parent/Teacher conferences will be held on Wednesday, November 4 through Friday, November 6, 2026. Please schedule a conference.

Candle Delivery Reminder: Your candles will be delivered to your child’s classroom and ready for pickup during parent-teacher conferences November 4–6.
